Poland’s automotive exports seen rising to EUR 22bn in 2016

Poland’s automotive industry exports are expected to reach EUR 22 billion in 2016, industry news website AutomotiveSuppliers.pl said of an upward revision for an earlier forecast of EUR 21 billion.

“AutomotiveSuppliers.pl forecasts that in the coming months, for the first time ever, the barrier of EUR 2 billion monthly will be crossed, and in the whole 2016 the value of exports of automotive industry in Poland may reach the record level of EUR 22 billion,” the report reads.

The industry is supported by stable situation of the German automotive sector, the largest client of the Polish producers.
